An order is confirmed only after we verify your details and, for online payments, receive your payment. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through Easypaisa, NayaPay and SadaPay. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Shipping is a flat Rs 200, and orders above Rs 4500 qualify for free delivery. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays. Please provide a complete and correct address and an active phone number.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is broken or defective, with photo or video proof. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
